1. About Sentira
Sentira is a personality portrait service operated by Embova OÜ (reg. 17474370), Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. By using Sentira, you agree to these terms.
2. The service
Sentira generates a psychological portrait based on your responses to a questionnaire. The portrait is created using AI and is informed by established psychological research. It is intended for self-reflection and personal insight, not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or substitute for professional psychological advice.
3. Free and paid features
You can complete the questionnaire and receive a preview of your portrait for free. The full portrait with all 20 dimensions is available for a one-time purchase. Prices are displayed before payment.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorise Embova OÜ to charge the amount displayed at checkout. All prices include applicable taxes.
5. Your content
Your questionnaire responses and portrait belong to you. We store them to deliver the service and improve it. You can request deletion at any time. We do not share your responses or portrait with other users or third parties.
6. Accuracy
Sentira is built on established psychological research across 20 independent scientific domains. The theoretical foundations, including attachment theory, values theory, regulatory focus, and others, are well-validated in peer-reviewed literature. On top of this foundation, we have developed proprietary scoring and narrative models that translate your responses into a unified portrait. These models represent our own interpretation of the research and should be considered experimental. Your portrait is designed as a tool for self-reflection and personal insight, not as a clinical assessment or diagnostic instrument.
7. Age requirement
Sentira is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
8. Limitation of liability
Sentira is provided “as is”. Embova OÜ is not liable for decisions made based on your portrait results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.
