We want you to feel good about your purchase. If your portrait wasn't what you expected, we're here to help.

14-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. This is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

How to request a refund

Email info@embova.com with the email address you used for your purchase. We'll process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your portrait, we'll make it right.

Currency and processing

Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
